Yes, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, Brazilian customers may return products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
