Getting a personalized hat is something special: a hat designed by and for you. At Halithely Hats, you are a key part of the creative process. Together, we decide the attributes of your hat, and we validate each stage of the production with you to ensure the creation of a unique and genuine piece.
HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?
1) Tell us your ideas
Start by sharing your vision for your custom hat. What’s the story behind it? What is the purpose? We want to understand the essence of what you’re looking for.
2) Have a personalized consultation
You'll talk to me directly (the hatmaker), where you can explain in detail what your ideal hat looks like. We’ll discuss the shape, color, and design features that will reflect your personality. Feel free to reference some of our previous creations for inspiration.
3) Choose premium materials
We offer a selection of premium materials for your hat:
Wool Felt:
Known for its durability, softness, and superior finish. This felt retains its shape, giving your hat a timeless and high-quality look.
Rabbit Felt:
A luxurious, lightweight felt made from rabbit fur. Exceptionally soft, highly shapeable, and resistant to weather, it's a top choice for true hat connoisseurs.
Carnaúba Straw:
Lightweight, durable, and elegant — perfect for warm climates. The natural texture of Carnaúba straw adds sophistication and comfort to your hat. Harvested in Brazil, it provides structure and a refined appearance.
Raffia Straw:
A more relaxed, organic straw with a rustic feel and flexible structure. Raffia is naturally breathable and comfortable, making it perfect for everyday wear and laid-back customs. Its irregular texture gives each hat a unique, authentic character.
4) Define the details
We will work together to define every detail of your hat. From the shape to the color and the unique elements that define you, our goal is to make sure the final result is exactly how you imagined it.
5) Place the Payment
As your hat is a unique, tailor-made piece, we require a deposit to begin the creation process, go to Hat Deposit.
6) Crafting the hat
We’ll start creating your hat, and at every step of the process, we will check in with you to ensure it meets your expectations.
7) Receive your custom hat
We’ll ship your finished hat directly to you. Shipping takes approximately 15-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.
