At Halithely Hats, all our products are sold under a no-return policy. This means that once an order has been placed and the product has been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Halithely Hats ONLY For Brazilian customers: In accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), customers in Brazil may return products within 7 days of receipt, provided the products have not been used or altered. This right applies regardless of the no-return policy stated above.
For defective products or incorrect orders, Brazilian customers are entitled to request a refund. In cases where a return is initiated, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return shipment.
Once the returned product is received and verified to meet the applicable conditions (e.g., unused, with original tags and packaging), we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. If the customer receives the refund, it is important to note that no additional products will be sent as part of the return process. Should the customer wish to receive a new product, a new order must be placed through the website. The same MANUFACTURING, PRICE and SHIPPING timelines will apply for the NEW ORDER.
